Pre-Production
To avoid shrinkage, fabrics undergo pre-shrunk washing. Before bulk production, any alterations to fitting, print colours, size, or position will be finalized in a pre-production sample.
Quality Assurance
Our goal is to produce high-quality products that will result in repeat customers. To ensure this, BC has its own quality control teams who conduct standard quality control checks to identify and rectify any issues before packaging.
Bulk Production
Typically, it takes about 2-3 weeks to manufacture apparel after the confirmation of final approved samples, purchase order, artwork, and down-payment.

Packaging
We recognize that attention to detail is crucial in the clothing manufacturing industry. As part of our process, all items are steam ironed, folded neatly, individually packed into poly bags, and placed in boxes before being shipped to their final destination.
